PERAK CORP is the master developer of “Bandar Meru Raya” which covers an area of 3,000 acres in north of Ipoh. Bandar Meru Raya is PERAK CORP’s flagship for township development. Developed as Ipoh’s satellite metropolis, it is designed as the epitome of comprehensive and integrated destination for work, live, play and learn.


The master plan for the development of Bandar Meru Raya’s attraction centres has established various main components which include a world class animation theme park, a public park with exciting recreational offerings and several upcoming traditional-themed detached restaurants that are designed to exude charm and nostalgia. There will also be several future developments of Bandar Meru Raya which shall include a fun-filled water theme park, an international 5-star hotel, a haven of shopping galore and a wide array of F&B outlets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A public park located in Bandar Meru Raya, Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah, have opened to the public since 25 November 2016. The park feature events and activities to cater to various age groups, which include mini water park & kids playground, extreme sports and skateboard ramp as well as areas for events and ceremonies. 


These exciting offerings will join Hotel Casuarina @ Meru, Casuarina Convention Centre (CCC) and many other existing features of Bandar Meru Raya. 

 


 

 

 

Restaurant Rumah Tradisional Melayu (RRTM)

 

 

 

The construction of Restaurant Rumah Tradisional Melayu is one of PERAK CORP strategies to attract visitors to Bandar Meru Raya. The Restaurant Rumah Tradisional Melayu are capable of hosting three (3) restaurants within a traditional Malay village setting environment. It is located in Bandar Meru Raya near Bulatan Amanjaya with total area of approximately 3.99 acres.


The Restaurant Rumah Tradisional Melayu consists of three (3) types of traditional Malay houses which one restaurant, Labu Sayong Signature @ Meru operated by PCB Leisure commenced operation in mid-August 2017. Previously, Restoran Tok Nan operated at one of the houses from April 2017 until December 2019. There are also food trucks and container food court area beside Restaurant Rumah Tradisional Melayu.
