Our sustainability governance framework integrates ESG considerations into decision-making across all levels of the organisation. Strategic oversight is provided by the Board, supported by the Sustainability Department, to ensure that sustainability priorities are aligned with Perak Corporation’s long-term objectives and risk management approach.

The sustainability agenda is executed through structured implementation mechanisms, robust monitoring processes, and transparent stakeholder engagement. Sustainability targets are translated into clearly defined action plans, with progress systematically tracked and reviewed. The Sustainability Working Committee consolidates performance outcomes and key disclosures into a comprehensive sustainability report for internal governance and external stakeholder communication.
